Big R Stores will gladly accept a return or refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days. Returns and refunds are subject to the following criteria:
Big R Stores may issue an exchange, refund, or gift card on merchandise returned with a sales receipt within 30 days of your purchase unless manufacturers warranty applies.
Big R Stores may issue an exchange or gift card on merchandise returned without a sales receipt with manager approval only.
Any returns Big R Stores may process will be refunded the way it was purchased with manager approval only.
• Checks after 10 business day period, cash will be returned for amounts under $100.00, with receipt.
• Debit card transactions that are under $100.00 can be issued a refund on that card or cash.
• Cash or check returns over $100.00, will be issued a refund from our Great Falls corporate office
Big R Stores will not process a return on any of the following unless manufacturers warranty applies. Returns for warranty should be clean, and free of mud and debris.
• Bulk item (rope, chain, cable, tubing, etc.) that we have cut to fit your specifications.
• Under garments
• Animal health vaccine/or injectables (per Federal or State Regulations)
• Clearance merchandise and special orders
• FOOTWEAR DEFECTIVE WARRANTY POLICY
The footwear sold by Big R Stores is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship. Below is the return schedule and credit policy for footwear found to be defective. Credit may only be taken towards a footwear purchase.
0-30 days.............Full Replacement
30-90 days...........60% Credit
91-180 days..........30% Credit
Footwear found to have abusive sole and upper wear may not be returned for credit. A REGISTER RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.
Due to varying individual wear and use of footwear, there is no length of wear guaranteed on uppers, stitching, eyelets, or soles except where offered by the manufacturer.
In the case of leather footwear, we suggest protective rubber footwear be worn when exposed to animal waste, chemicals, acids and moisture. Leather care products should always be used for longer wear. No adjustment will be made on any footwear found to be abused, untreated, or excessively worn.
NOTE: No adjustment or returns will be made on footwear with mud, animal waste, or excessive foreign residue on the uppers or soles.
• SADDLE AND SADDLE PAD RETURN POLICY
Big R Stores will accept the return of any saddle and saddle pad within 15 days of purchase for any reason but must be returned free of hair, showing no evidence of use and is absolutely clean in sellable condition and validated with manager approval.
• LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
Should Big R Stores advertise a product for less money than you paid within 10 days of your purchase, a refund will be made to you providing proof of purchase is submitted and validated with manager approval. Additionally, if you find a lower price anywhere else on new identical items Big R Stores carries, simply show us the lower price when you buy the item at Big R Stores and we will match the price, or within 10 days of your Big R Stores purchase and we will give you the difference validated with manager approval.
