"I've tried logging in several times and it keeps telling me "access denied". Is the website broken?"
ANSWER:
The website is working perfectly. More than one failed login attempt will generate an “access denied” message, even if you enter it in correctly the second or third time.

THINGS TO TRY:
1.) If you're getting the access denied message, you may already be logged in. Try hitting the "HOME" button from the top menu, then going back to the "MANAGER LOGIN" page.
2.) If 1.) doesn't work, close your browser window, reopen, navigate back to the login page and try again.
If after this you still are unable to login, please call the corporate office.
