• WHY CAN'T I SHOP OR BROWSE YOUR INVENTORY FROM THIS WEBSITE?
     - We currently do not have online shopping capabilities on our website. We do recognize our customer's growing need to be able to shop our store online, and we are still working towards that goal. If you'd like to be able to shop our website online, LET US KNOW. We are always motivated by our customer's feedback.


• WHY CAN'T I FIND THE BIG R LOCATION I'M LOOKING FOR ON YOUR LOCATIONS PAGE?
     - We are part of a larger buying group with members from Oregon to Indiana. Most of us in the group also share the Big R name. Our particular organization has stores in Montana, Idaho and Washington. If you are looking for a location and cannot find it from our main map, then chances are you can find it here in our NATIONAL DIRECTORY.


• CAN I BUY A BIG R GIFT CARD WITHOUT HAVING TO COME INTO THE STORE?
     - Yes you can! Simply call your local Big R store and you can pay for a gift card over the phone with a credit card. Give us a mailing address and we'll have it out to you. You can even have it sent to a different address. Keep in mind, our gift cards are only acceptable at our Big R Stores listed HERE.


• I APPLIED FOR A POSITION WITH BIG R. HOW DO I CHECK MY APPLICATION STATUS.
     - It's not uncommon for an application to take a few days to intake, process and distribute out to the hiring managers. We will let you know if we'd like to schedule an interview or if the position you are applying for has already been filled. If we haven't contacted you, feel free to email our HUMAN RESOURCES Department for your application status.
